Flat fee vs commission: the number most operators miss
Commission-based platforms take a percentage of every seat you sell. At 200 seats a month and a $45 average fare, a 5% commission is $450/month — more than four times the Starter plan. Shuttle.Software charges 0% on every booking from every channel, so growth in seat volume costs you nothing extra in software. The only variable fee you pay is your payment processor's card rate, charged by Stripe directly.

Can I pay in my own currency?
Yes. Alongside card payment in USD, we bill in KES via M-Pesa for East African operators, in EUR via iDEAL and SEPA Direct Debit for Dutch and Eurozone operators, and in AUD/NZD via Windcave, Eway, Stripe and Tyro for Australian and New Zealand operators. Each has its own published local price tier, so you are not paying a converted dollar figure plus a card conversion fee.
How much does shuttle booking software cost per month?
Shuttle.Software costs $99/month for 1–3 vehicles, $199/month for 4–12 vehicles and $349/month for 13–30 vehicles, plus a one-time setup of $399 (Starter), $499 (Growth) or $699 (Fleet). Across the wider category, expect roughly $89–$299/month for small-operator SaaS, and custom enterprise quotes for platforms such as Hudson HGTS or a custom build.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes — one transparent one-time setup per package: $399 on Starter, $499 on Growth and $699 on Fleet. It covers data migration, branding, route and rate-table configuration, booking-widget install and driver onboarding. There are no other implementation charges.
Can my passengers pay with the same local processors?
Yes. The public booking page and customer portal offer the same AU/NZ gateways for passenger checkout: Windcave, Eway, Stripe and Tyro in Australia; Windcave and Stripe in New Zealand. You can also offer pay-on-the-day, hotel-room charge, corporate account, M-Pesa, iDEAL and other regional methods depending on your country.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. 0% booking commission on every reservation, from every channel, forever. Your only variable cost is your payment processor's card fee, charged by your chosen gateway, not by us.
Can I explore the features before I buy?
Yes — you can explore the features on this branded sandbox loaded with routes, vehicles and a rate table. Run test bookings end-to-end, try the driver app and review the dispatch board before anything is billed. There is no free trial period; you go live 3–5 working days after setup.
Are there per-driver or per-booking fees?
No. Every plan includes unlimited bookings and unlimited drivers within its vehicle band. Seasonal hiring does not change your bill.
Can I cancel any time?
